how can you tell if its ex or si clustee without turning it on?
 

This local guy said he has a 99-00 civic si climate control for sale, anyway I can tell if its si or ex,dx,cx ? Because they look the same except when turn on si is amber red .

The only way I could think of is to pull a few bulbs and check those.

Put 12 volts to a bulb.
