so i offically tried eveything and nothing is working at all no leaks adjusted the idle how i was supposed too that didnt work cleaned everything nothing worked

Your idle pretty much depends on a proper functioning IACV and the IACV is controlled by the ECU which in turn gets input from many other sensors to make a decision on the proper voltage to send to the IACV. In other words any malfunctioning sensor such as coolant temp, power steering pressure or alternator load could affect how the ECU is controlling the IACV.

Some cars equipped with a FITV may also have an effect on the idle.
