You don't... they are in calibration and function properly or they go bad and you replace them...
In almost every case sensors are non-servicable parts.

i've never heard of calibrating sensors, so i'm pretty sure you're right

well when you install a TB or mess with the TB at all you measure the voltage the tps sends out at close and full open... then you...
A. make sure it's in spec (if not replace)
B. make sure it's the same after you mess with it. (if not replace)
