Default How bright are these HIDs [pics]

Sorry if this isnt in the correct section but, I stumbled on this civic with blackhosuing headlights and a HID kit. no where does it say anything about them but I was wondering what could they possibly be? as in Brightness K.

What is this mean? First select size name 9006 (HB4)

look up what size your bulb your car takes, I don't know what size 92-95's take

Thanks for the help appreciate it. 92-95 Civic take 9003 or H4. I will be looking into ordering one of these kits.

Bullshit, have you ever seen 6-7 k ? It's in that picture. 10k is more purple, useless and not as bright as true HID blue.

I wouldn't run HID's on my car seeing as the light output is complete **** ! and it can really make it hard for the person in front of you to see or oncoming traffic. Sure it looks cool but completely useless.

Anything above 6k is just for color. Won't get any brighter after 6k

lol. Atm I have just "HID" bulbs. Cost 12$ and are crystal white blue, not too bright.

My hid kit I got on eBay for $35 from xentec or whatever. Never had an issue for 1.5 years. Replaced headlights totally and haven't used em since.

Yea my car has 6k so as a matter of fact I have seen them why dont you look below at the photo before sounding like you know it all.

OK so the reason 8k~10k **** ppl of is 95% of the dumb *** who use them don't re-adjust there headlights after installing them.

When simply installing HID bulb in a halogen housing the focus point is not the same as it is in housings made for HID.
Fact is HID's should be in a projector style housing meant for HID's

I don't believe that color temp chart is correct. I've always seen that 4500K is the purest white and brightest that you can get.
