how much money do you have?
cheapest and most power is nitrous. just get a used setup online, like in the classifieds forum for like $300
if you cant afford that. then...umma header i suppose. it still wont be muc more power
best advice is learn how to drive well.

Weight reduction is a free way to get some lower ET's. Also...you could look into gettin some drag radials used from someone online...or even slicks if need be. You can usually find them for like $120/pair mounted already. You can get a test pipe for like $40...thats if you don't care about being illegally modified and gettin a $1,000 fine if caught. Besides that...practice lauching and shifting till you don't miss shift and can launch quick.
With I/E and a test pipe...I took out an LS integra...so it shouldn't be too hard.
