i would think so. Why do you need such a aggresive clutch? are you boosted or something?

you want to pick the least agressive clutch that can contain the amount of torque your engine produces. getting a 6 puck clutch does put shock on your tranny, plus all you're really doing is chaging the weakest link in your drivetrain. if you don't need it, don't get it. with a 100 shot, act xtss should be good enough; but, i'd look into it first - you may want to go higher than that.

i have a 6puck sprung, love it. holds very well. i cant imagine running it on a somewhat stock motor but it def holds well for my 300whp+

when you have a stock motor, the 100 shot shouldnt be too bad, then you should stick with stock drive train. but the reall dmamage to your drive train are the hard launches. axles are goin through the most stress. honda makes their axles so they last long and are resistant to prolonged use, but sudden jolts of power can easily snap em. clutch is next. the pressure plate isnt strong enough to grip the flywheel and slips, possibly glazing your clutch over of warping your fkywheel. once you get over 180hp, you should start lookin into stronger parts. but not overly strong parts. only get what you need. i got my info from super street, june issue of this yr i think
