Default how to adjust a kyB shock

yea i have some kyb shock for my 96 honda civic and i want to drop some more...but i don't know how to.and what is the color on top mean in the pic so if any body out there know how let me know thanks..

The shock body does not have an adjustment for height. It has dampening adjustments, which have little to no affect on ride height.

The only way to adjust ride height is if you have a shock with adjustable shock body perches or a coilover-spring setup.

Adjusting the dampening I.e. stiffness of the shock won't affect height.
