how to adjust a fuel regulator?

i have a d16z6 engine with a aem cold air intake, obx headers and exhaust. Im thinking of buying a weapon r or a cosmo adjustable regulator because u can remove the old oem regulator. Can anybody tell me to how many psi should i adjust it, i know it varies from engine to engine but i cant afford a dyno tune. Is there anybody out there with the same engine and with one of these regulators. I know the fpr are made for the demand of fuel when adding a cai but u tell me if there was hp gianed lilke about how much. Weapon r claims of gaining tru hp i was even told by rsworks.com: a 98 civic w/ just an weapon r intake and exhuast gained 9hp. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images.../h-emblem4.gif

Don't bother with a FPR w/ just those mods. You're wasting your money. If you really want one, though, there should be a nut on the top for adjustment. There will be instructions when you buy it. Just read it, and it should tell you.

Did you even READ MY POST? ". . . .there should be a nut on the top for adjustment." I don't recall typing "installing" anywhere. https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emhammer.gif Ugh, just buy the damn thing, and the instructions will tell you how to adjust fuel flow.
