How to adjust the clutch release point?
Well my clutch job is finally done and the car drives just fine now but I'm wondering how to adjust the point at which the clutch begins to grab. I'm under the impression that a new clutch should grab right off the floor and as it gets older and more worn down the release point moves up and up. My new cluch seems to grab about half way up the pedal travel and I'm not quite sure how to adjust it. In my 89 CRX I used to own it had an adjustable cable and the clutch would grab right off the floor, although it was some painful unsprung racing clutch the previous owner put in, it should still grab in the same spot a OEM clutch should, right? Anyway the Del Sol has a hyrdaulic clutch system that im not too used to. Any tips?
Thanks,
Scott

I dont think you can really adjust the engagement point on a hydro like you would on a cable. Almost every honda hydro i've driven does not grab right off the floor; they usually grab middle to higher third of the pedal stroke.

I'd first make sure that your hydrolic system is filled and blead properly.
There is an adustment you can make on the clutch pedal itself on the hydro setup's as well; but it is not as nicely adjusted as the cable set up were.
