Horrible gas mileage
I have a 95 civic with a 93 del sol z6 with a p28 swap and after 6 months it went from 37 mpg to 17 mpg and now idle goes up and down from 1000 to 2000.
I have new distributor,cap,ngk wires,plugs,pvc,cleaned Iacv,fuel filter and fuel psi is 35 and stil fauling all four plugs bad...

I don't like dealing in could haves or would haves. You should actually check it. Mechanical AND ignition timing.
Also driving like a maniac will effect mileage. Is this car's engine modified in any way? Are you smoking?

Yes it's possible. But you already knew that before you asked the question.
Instead of wondering why do you not verify it?
And for the idle clean your IACV and FITV. Make sure there is no air in the cooling system.

Lol...HAHAHAHA!!!! Just giving you a hard time.To be honest im new to the honda scene i used to be into rotaries a few years back.So where should the distributor timing be set and can you advise me a easy way to check the mechanical side??
