if the fuse is ok. remove your front bumper and remove the horn. on one pic connect it to battery power and the other pin connect it to ground and if the horn works than you have a wiring issue. if the horn does not work than you have a bad horn.

yeah i know i just put a new one on last week after driving without one for a good year . . but it should be located behind the front bumper
