horn doesnt work
ok i almsot got in a wreck today because some expletive didnt see me and i hit my horn and it didnt work so he still didnt know i was there. needless to say i went home and tried to figure out why my horn wasnt working i have a 98 ej8 and i checked the fuse, it was good, checked the relay, i can hear it clicking, checked the wire conection to the horn. are there any other fuses that could have anything to do with it?

same situation happened to me, i replaced the horn itself and it worked right after. almost 50 bucks at honda which sucks

I'll put money on it being your clock spring/cable reel. Do you have an SRS light on? Do you have cruise? Is it working? If not, then the above part is your problem.

no i dont have an srs light on, yes it works, yes i have cruise and yes it works, may just replace it with 140 decibel autozone horn, lol
