my horn hasnt worked since i got the car....so i went into the fuse box today, and saw that there was no fuse in the spot, so i put a new 20w fuse in, and it still doesnt work..... any suggestions. i know the car has been in a wreck, does this have anything to do with it? i would like to get my horn working for this weekend when i get a new clutch in

Did you check the horn to see if the speaker is blown ? If it was in a wreck thats what i would check. Was the wreck to the frontend ? The horn on my car is on the front passenger side right above the bumper, it was hard to find the first time so i thought i would help you out (94 civic cx hatch)

i know where it is, how do i know if the speaker is blown or not?

cant you just hook it up to like a 12 volt battery or maybe even a 9 volt, like postive to positive and negative to negative ? if it makes a noise then it isn't blown , if it doesnt you prolly need to buy or harvest one from a junkyard.

when you push the horn button do you here a click under the dash. I think theres a relay that clicks by the fuse box.
