Tein ones and Password JDM hood dampers are really nice. I have a lightly used set of plain black ones cheap, if you are interested. Here's my FS thread:

I have a CF hood and since the hood is so much lighter I needed dampers with less force. The dampers I have a intended for use on a stock hood. I bought PWJDM dampers because they can be adjusted to work with a CF hood.
