Default Hood Cooling and Hood Locks

Has anyone who has done that hood cooling prop with the washers and extended bolts have a problem with the mr. gasket hood lock fitment and alignment after?

I need all the extra cooling I can get and I'm worried that the locks won't line up correctly if I do this.

People who had previous hood locks, and did the spacers, please comment here.

Thanks.

wouldnt you just have to bend the support a tiny bit farther forward? Maybe raise the studs up a few threads?

if i raise the studs up, then that would raise the entire hood up.

true, but the hood looks have very very little clearance as-is.

is there anyone who has personal experience with this because that's what i'm looking for.

no sir what u can do though is grind the nuts that hold the locks to the car at a angle so that u can screw them in a angle shape and that would make it able for u to use the locks
