Hood on a 99 honda Civic Coupe
I just purchased a 99 Honda Civic. (lets just say it was a pity buy) Somebody thought they were doing Honda good, but failed horribly. The hood does not latch tightly and looks to be about 1/2 inch to far back. Can I fix this buy adjusting the hood forward?
