Re: Honing Throttle body (schlit)
Id have tro agree with you, I owned an Ford FUCKUS, and I Was all in to doing mods, not caring about the effects, just caring about the mod LIST, So I orted the stock intake manny, ported the throttle body, and had few small bolt on mods like air intake, UDP, exhaust. My car actually Felt SLOWER, and I let a friend drive the car, and he even said it was slower.
So stock not worth it, cams, nitrous, turbo, super chager All LOVE AIR.

honing is a tool used to cross-hatch a surface.. it will never take off a noticable amount unless you have hours and hours to sit there..

Shut up, you knew what he meant. Post something worth while next time.
And BTW honing is not a tool, it is a process. The word you were looing for is hone, which is not a tool either but rather a category.

I didn't get mad, I corrected you so that people who don't know any better wouldn't get confused. Do me a favor, read your post and find the point you were trying to make, then ask yourself why you posted it.

What's your plans for the car? If you plan on boring it over slightly along with your IM after doing a whole lotta mods it might help gain a few horses. If you plan on turbocharging, it couldn't hurt.
But in reality on a stock engine it'll lose you power.
