agreed, i won't even gut my 94 civic and that has just about the ugliest interior ever.

^To be honest you ar enot saving that much time off your qtr mile times but gutting. I believe every 100 pounds your remove is 1/10" of a second. For the amount of work and discomfort a gutted interior causes, the benefits do not seem that great.

That is not really accurate. It's all relative to weight.
Removing 100lbs from a 1500lbs car will net much better gains than removing 100lbs from a 6000lbs car.

Regardless, my vote goes for keeping the tint.

so you're saying if i put 1000 lbs. into my civic, it'll only add one second to my quarter mile time??? ****...the stuff in ur car must be filled with helium to balance out the weight THAT much

back on the subject though, i say keep the tint, put the interior back in, and keep the nitrous hidden
