Honest to god 200
I can't remember if it was HCI or Sport Compact Car Magazine, But there was an article a few issues back about how they tuned their 99-00 SI.
They said that people may say this and that, but when it comes down to it, VERY FEW people can make 200 all motor WHEEL HP with an SI. I guess it takes a lot of internal work and a lot of money.
BUT, I can't do internal work due to my warranty, and the dealership would slap my hands. So I doubt I can make 200 Whp, but how close can i get to 200 crank HP, or even a little higher? What all would I need, or even get, besides I/H/E?
Would a new fuel delivery system or new ignition system help out a good bit? I appreciate any helpful replies.

You won't be able to just fart out 40 HP, I think Miguel did it with an R motor by adding like a full JUN Valvetrain.(not surem but I am preety sure he didn't change the pistons)

Depends on how much money you have to spend.
If you're not going to modify to block, then you'd need high compression pistons to help you get up a good high compression, but you don't want to have those type pistons if you plan to turbo, or it will blow a whole in your engine(correct me if I'm wrong plz)

Is a turbo or a supercharger considered bolt on? The guy at the dealership said i can do anything except crack into the actual engine.
and what is SAFER for your car? Turbo or supercharge? because i'm not looking to make like 9733 HP i just wanna be a step above the rest in my area and be able to depend on my car when i wanna go places like school and work lol

you won't gain "9733" hp, but both I'd say put much strain on your car. Turbo setup not much because you can adjust how much PSI you want your turbo to work at, but supercharger is belt driven and I belive that you can't adjust the PSI on a S/C
