Does anyone know the reputation of this online engine distributor? (www.hondamotorsonline.com) The prices are reasonable. I was just wondering if anybody had heard anything positive or negative. Im getting a motor in October and am looking for engine importers. Any comments would be appreciated!!!

Really, it is good to hear the good and the bad, but i rather hear good. Im just looking for the best motors not necessarily the best deals. i dont mind paying more for quality.

welp, I ordered my motor thru JDMClub originally, and wouldn't recommend if you don't want to wait (but that's a whole another story) -- i WOULD recommend Hondamotorsonline because I've talked to steve several times for a while and he's called me back and i am satisfied with what he has done for me
I am actually getting my motor (h22) tomorrow from him.
I also have a friend who ordered thru hondamotorsonline and got his motor and was very clean swap, as well as there is a shop here who only orders thru HMO.

Thanks for that thread link, im printing it out now so i can look at it at work tomorrow. Someone put a pic of a newly bought jdm R motor from HMO, and it is the cleanest motor ive ever seen.

I'm done with JDMClub (finally) and got my money back after enough bs drama, etc. and ordered thru someone else (hondamotorsonline) who can get me a motor in a timely manner (and steve sent the motor out monday and said i'd have it tomorrow -- can't wait to just see.

You guys are ordering motor online?? I feel sorry you guys, I'm picking mine up. First of all, you can check the motor to see how it is. Second, you will save a hundred or two on shipping.

I was gonna buy from Honda Motors, but their prices went up recently. And I'm tight for $ right now. I pick up my motor on Friday. JDM B18C. $3100. I'm pretty happy with it.
