Default Honda Suspension

I Have a 1993 Honda Civic EX COUPE, i want to lower my suspension but im not sure which parts i need. I think i need a Lowering Spring Kit, A camber Adjusting Kit and a Kit of bushings for improve the performance. If i missed something please tell me, im gonna be very thankful. Other question is about the Camber, how many grades i can put on my tires im going to buy a 15" 195/50/15.

Thanks in Advance

all you really need is a decent set of aftermarket springs. Eibach, H&R, etc.

You Really need a camber kit if you have any respect for your tires. I love my nuespeed race springs they would be great for a coupe and thier easy to install. you don't have to get bushing right away it just depends on what kind of racing or driving you wanna do.

You will need springs or adjustable coilovers, whichever method you prefer. Don't skimp when buying springs though; this is very much a case of "you get what you pay for". Stick to well known brands that have proven performance (Neuspeed, H&R, in my case Eibach, among others).

Polyurethane bushings , haven't done it yet, but I hear it's a real pain in the ***: make sure you have a press & patience.

If you drop more than about 2", you might need a camber correction kit. I have Eibach Sportline springs on my 95 EX(1.6" drop), and the camber is just barely out of specs, but not enough to appreciably affect tire wear. If it makes you sleep better at night, or if you're going for a panic every time you see a pothole drop, get the camber kit. Otherwise I wouldn't sweat it.

Tire size: that's exactly the same wheel & tire size I'm running, no prob.

Hope this helps

I just put Neuspeed Sportlines for an integra on my civic (1.75 front / 1.50" rear on a teg) and I am definatly going to need a camber kit. My wheels visible turned out. So I put the stockers back on there until I get a camber kit. As for the "press & patience" comment... Just use a socket and a mallet. I did it to put new bushings in. I used a Saw Zaw (spelling) to get the old bushings out. It was really easy.
