go to a junk yard for them. $7.50 each is cheap!! from the dealer. i went to get the hanger bolts for a fuel tank..it was $28.00 for each bolt and $2.00 each for the nut!! we grabbed them at the junk yard for $5.00 and the tank was already off the cars we looked at. actually i got 4 total for $10.00. i wanted spares

ever try removing LCA bolts? they are horrible at home with torches and impact let alone in a junk yard. i might go OEM....brand new for a rebuild.....https://honda-tech.com/forums/appearance-build-threads-122/my-ej1-build-boosted-ls-coupe-2318659/

True, that actually doesnt seem that bad, when you compare that to how much the charge for a freaking plastic clip
Maybe you can talk to them and get a discount for ordering alot?

oem nuts/bolts in a package differ from ones off a car how? i know im a tad cheap, but there's no way i would pay $50 for something i could get from a local junkyard for ~$5 including entrance fee and gas

Re: Honda OEM Bolts
I have a few bolts laying around after I did my rear disc conversion last week. I will see exactly what I have when I get home, but if you want them, just pay for shipping and I'll send them to you. I know for sure I have the bolts that hold the lca to the trailing arm, but not sure what else. LMK.

X2, if you were really worried you could get these in grade 8 or better and they'll be just as reliable as oem. whatever you do put some anti-seize on the new ones so you won't have a similar problem again.

Re: Honda OEM Bolts
Junk yard or hardware store and if your really complaining about the price for OEM and argue you want to use OEM bolts them why bother making thread geeeZ. Take your bolts to the nearest harware store and match it up . . . dotn worry your 2000HP honda wont break it loose if u do it right. Thread lock the b!tch so you feel safer haha.
