with that greddy kit you dont really need pistons or rods, most likely you will be around 250hp. Your stock rad and fan will work but would not hurt to upgrade, stock axles will also be fine, no real need for a catch can at that power level, fuel pump would be good to upgrade, you dont need a fuel rail or regulator. I would get rid of the emanage and get the car tuned.

get cp (or other good brand) pistons/eagle rods, arp head studs, and a honda mls or cometic mls head gasket. That turbo wont put you to 400hp, youll need a garrett 60-1, gt-series or something of that nature. Sell the emanage and get crome or hondata. youll need a better map sensor too..get a gm 3 bar map.

If you want 400 to the wheels you'll need all that you have listed in your post plus some. I would definitely plan on getting it professionally tuned. Hope you have deep pockets. Daily driving with 400whp won't last long unless everything is done correctly. Don't forget about traction either, you'll need a hefty tire to get that HP to the ground. Good Luck with the build!

400 whp is a good mark

The setup I am building now is (hopefully/supposedly) going to make ~450whp (12-18psi?? Pretty much however many pounds it needs for that power level.).

B16 bored to 81.5mm (stock sleeves), SRP 10.5:1 pistons, Eagle 5209 H-beams (B16), Stock crank, P&P GSR head, OEM headgasket, GSR cams, Supertech valves (STD. size) [Planned], DH-Racing valvesprings and retainers [Planned], Methanol injection [Planned], Borg Warner S256-RS, FIC 750cc injectors, Walbro 255lph pump.

Obviously there's misc. stuff I'm forgetting, but forgive me.

Good luck with the project, remember to get tuned, get some good tires...maybe even drag radials, and have fun torque steering everywhere!
