Is the del sol and eg hatch the same exhaust configuration and if not then which body style is the closest to the del sol.

from my experience the del sol is the "hey lets be the different guy" in the highschool we call honda. with my del sol none of my friends old Eg hatch parts would fit. i believe the del sol is shorter than the egs so you have to take about 5-10 inches out of the exhaust piping at a straight to make it fit, honestly savee yourself the time and effort and just get a del sol specific exhaust

the exhaust on top is the stock del sol exhaust, and and exhaust from an eg, its the closest match I could find.


the eg exhaust is like exactly 6" longer, and I think one of the hangers was different

i know when i custom made my setup from a 92-00 piping kit i had to cut quite a bit of it off or apart to make it fit.

pretty sure the del sol as said is the weird kid in honda.
whatd you break on it?

Thanks guys im trying to buy a buddy club spec II exhaust for my girlfriends del sol and the eg hatch or ek hatch is the only option in my opinion.

DO NOT do that. you tube it. and you'll hear why.
custom make one at least.
