Honda dealers in wisconsin
i just wanted to tell everyone about my experiances w/ honda dealers....
well, i have a 2000 ex coupe, and the clutch wasn't working very well and my trany was making some grinding noises when accelerating... so i took my car to the nearest honda dealer.....janesville. big mistake on my part
they fixed the clutch and resurfaced the flywheel and stuff, but they didn't even look at the tranny. said 'noise in tranny was caused by hard use' it took like a week to fix it too, and when i did go pick it up, they put a 3 ft scratch on my back bumper. they said they weren't gonna fix the bumper, so i'm prob gonna take them to court (any ideas would be helpful).
so my warrenty is up in aobut a 1000 miles, so i tried my luck at the waukesha honda. best decision on my part. they took it, looked at the tranny, said it was a mainshaft bearing, put a new one in, and the noise was still there, so they ordered me a NEW tranny, and put that in, and washed my car twice all in a week.
and they paid for a rental van. i highly recommend Chuck at the waukesha wilde honda.
cliff notes: went to janesville honda, fixed some of my car, put a 3 ft scatch on my back bumper. went to waukesha, car got completely fixed, no questions asked.
