honda datta
i want to run honda datta on my car and i was wondering if i would be able to run it with a LS ecu. would i be able to add vtec to the hondadatta ?

Vtec is not in the ECU, its in the cams.

his sig says he has a ls vtec. i think what hes askin is if the ls ecu can be converted to control vtec with hondata.

No ****** ****.. right now i have a kenji chipped p28.. but i might be trading my car for a ls/vtec turbo. and it has a LS ecu and vtec isnt wired up... so what im asking is will the Ls ecu be able to run Vtec with hondadata.

No ****** ****.. right now i have a kenji chipped p28.. but i might be trading my car for a ls/vtec turbo. and it has a LS ecu and vtec isnt wired up... so what im asking is will the Ls ecu be able to run Vtec with hondadata.

i believe u cant get vtec juss from an ecu.
if u have an ls turbo, u r gonna need to swap with a vtec head (b16 etc........)
