Honda Civic Type R - Christmas Gift Suggestions Needed
 

Hi,

My boyfriend recently purchased a 2000 Honda Civic Hatchback. He brought it to make it similar to the Type R he had in Japan.

Please excuse me if I don't know all the current names, etc. Anywho, I am trying to come up with ideas for his Christmas presents. I have looked on eBay and thought about getting him some floormats, etc but I don't want to buy cheesy things. I would like to buy things that he would actually appreicate and yea get me some points too. Any suggestions?

floor mats are great i wish i had some but make sure its original type-r matts and not the cheap e-bay ones...

Try the honda dealership they can order them for you .. last time I was at Acura they had a set of type R floormats there .. they are sexy and I think they were pretty reasonable. gl!! https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

Great items to get him that would be reasonably cheap would be floor mats, shift knob, a set of pedal covers, etc. Depending on what he's looking for these items can be had for a good deal. If he's looking for the authentic Type R pieces those can be spendy, but replicas pieces that look and function exactly like the authentic pieces can be had for a very good deal. My girlfriend had been looking for a nice set of all-season floor mats for her vehicle and we found a very nice set from Weather Tech. They are designed to fit the Civic and require very little modification to make them fit perfectly. The pedals and shifter are nice small touches to liven up the interior. If I were you I'd take a look in the Vendor Marketplace. true, especially if his car is left hand drive. JDM floormats will be backwards unless his car is right hand drive

Shift boot, knob, oem floor mats, CTR steering wheel. CTR cluster etc.
