0 isn't used for a year number on the VIN. You might want to start off by telling us what country you live in, and posting your full VIN minus the last six digits.
The P2A-4 head is from a 97 Integra. It's a ZC non-vtec head, if memory serves correctly.
The D14A3 comes from the 96-00 Civic 1.4i. 74hp, 80lb/ft, OBD2A DPFI.

What I mean is your car is a complete clusterfuck of parts, and it sounds like it wasn't put together very well, either.
