hi there, having problems with my 2000 ej9 1.4 not starting what iv checked so far:
got spark, got fuel to rail but nothing coming through any of the injectors.
the question is what holds these out? and how do i check them?

i thought it was the main relay? but changed it for one i had lying about and still nothing

does the immobilizer hold the injectors out?

Have you checked for 12v at the injectors?

hi thanks for the reply, yes im getting 12v between each injector and earth, so its like its not getting a signal from the ecu to pulse

another thing my green key light keeps flashing when i try and start it not sure if that has anything to do with it but i assumed the immobilizer cut the fuel pump

Check to see if your fuel injection relay is still good

the main relay? if so yes i swapped it with a known working one or is there another relay that controls the fuel injectors?

Is the 2000 EJ9 ECU OBD2a or OBD2b?

Turn key OFF.

Unplug ECU connector B.

Test for continuity to body ground at these connector pins:

B2, B10, B20, and B22
