Honda civic/delsol Ecu Question?

Honda civic/delsol Ecu Question?
(1994 Honda civic del sol DOHC Vtec B16 5spd)
Hello i just had a question about the ecu and wiring problems.
Ok so i have a cel light that comes on with the knock sensor and i checked the wire for the harness and saw it got no voltage. I took it apart...followed the wire to see that it comes to a dead end at the shock tower connectors on the passenger side. its a red wire with a blue strip but i have the same wire that comes from the ecu that goes to the throttle body...? it was a swap btw
Im really confused as to what i need? do i need a new harness for the engine or the ecu?
Any help would be appreciated!!

No its not i actually found the wire doesnt go to my ecu and where the sensor goes in has no voltage? I have a p30-a00 computer tho?! Do i need a new one
