Hello guys, last day i have a problem with my car, i was on a long trip, about 4 hours, then suddenly, i feel like if the engine stops, and the instruments velocimeter, rpm, where on 0, no lights in panel instrument, and after stops, i tried to start the car, and no response, the revision lamps, oil and gas, are turned off, i have no lights on my panel, when i turn the switch on, it sounds like the motors starts, but is not started, it works, cruce lights, inside lights, claxon are working , but shields, or rooftop are not working, , even the clima its working.

The mechanical says that maybe its the computer, but i dont want them to abuse me because i dont know anything about that problem, some people say, that its the principal relay, but i need your help, pls, i hope some of you guys, had same problem to be able to help me pls, its a nice car

Does the fuel pump prime? Sounds like a main relay, but it's not terribly common with your year Civic.

Are all the grounds good? Tstat, transmission, valve cover grounds should be clean and tight.

Sounds like a classic ignition switch problem.

Also make sure the battery ground connection to the chassis is clean and tight.

i check the grouds and everything its ok, but what you mean by clasic ignition switch problem?

i must say, when problem starts, the panel lights turned on and off, kinda short cut, then suddenly off.

the mechanical says, that this is the computer and he needs to check it, so he wants some mony to do that, unfortunately, i'm in another city and i cant say if thats true or not, but as you can see in the picture, this little boxx only have that conector with a few cables only, any ideas?

Fire that mechanic and find a new one (hopefully more competent).

yeah i need to do that, but did you believe that can be the computer?, when he says that that was the computer my doubts starts, any other suggestion to check?this weekend i'll move my car to another person, but i need some ideas to check., sensors or something else?

He already told you what to check... most likely the ignition switch.
