anyone ever got a hole in there header from dents, is there a way to fix it without buying a new header?

Looks like you might need to get bigger wheels or raise up the car a bit Shaun. But seriously it takes a lot to put a hole in a header. There is no real good way to fix this that I will recommend. It will need to be replaced.

it got dented bad, I guess from the dents it made a slight hole, sounds raspy

As I mentioned, there is no real good way to fix it. JB Weld is not something you would ever catch me using. It is only a quick fix at best. But whatever floats your boat.

If you have a hole in your header, dont use JB weld...

Just take it to a muffler shop and have someone weld something on top of the hole. Or get one of those muffler wraps from kragen or autozone.
