Default Hmmm, weird power problem. Any ideas?

The civic has been sitting awhile. Eventually I thought the battery ran dead since it wouldnt turn over. I threw a semi new battery in (only used for like 2 weeks to power a sound system) and still got the same thing. I push the clutch in, goto start it and theres no noises.

Also, my clock/radio isnt getting power (I think this one is just a fuse because all that crap is run off the same fuse - or at least mine is, lol!) and I was messing with it when I was putting the other cluster in my car.

My clutch peddle also seems to go in pretty easily, I tried pumping it for like 2 minutes but that didnt do crap. Anyone got some stuff for me to try? Thanks!
