I run it on my hatch and love it. It's not as bulky as the N1 and has a nice mellow tone w/ my b18c1. Also since the muffler is smaller you dont have to worr about hitting it on bumps and ****.

The only thing I didn't like with it was that it ran piping under the exhaust. I see potential problems with that kind of routing...other than that it appears to be a quality exhaust.

Did you listen to the sound clips on the HKS site? They sound sick especially on the S2K. Sounds very nice

I Have the Hiper, very satisfied. It does hang as low as the N1 and isn't very loud.

well would your rather prefer the n1 over the hiper? i'm asking so many questions because its either the hiper for 460 shipped or the n1 for 489 shhipped. a couple dollars difference but i still cant decide. the sound clips were nice but is it gonna sound like that on a 95 coupe soon to be c5 powered? or will it sound as good while i'm still d15 powered? will i gain any power sohc? i dont know, maybe i'm just tooo picky. thanks again for everyone's info. o yeah anyone else got any piks of the exhaust on any coupes? i mean i know it looks like the n1 but i just wanna see too. i also read the post that mantic69 had about the n1.

I know that your asking about the HKS, but I have the apex n1 and have had no problems with it, I own a 99 coupe, and havent had a problem with it scraping or anything like that. It isnt loud like everyone says, I have the silencer in mine and cant get it out.

But 460 for the hiper isnt a bad price, just gving you some info to help you decide on which one to get.

That is a very good price for the HKS Hiper. They usually go for $550-$600!! Very nice exhaust. I'd also look into the SKunk2/RSR exhaust..
