highflow CAT vs test pipe
im looking to replace my catalytic converter on my 2000 EX to something aftermarket after my mechanic told me that an OEM Honda CAT is a 1000 bucks...now what would be a better choice...get the highflow cat or a test pipe with an O2 sensor simluator? what would sound better cause im REALLY trying to avoid my car sounding like a ratty tin can..il also be ordering an Apex'I WS exhaust which i know is pretty quiet and still offers good mid to high range gains....it was nice and deep and not annoying on my buddys old Integra GSR..all you really heard was the header.
but anyway...back to the real question...Test Pipe VS Highflow CAT..some feed back on this would be cool
thanks

Re: highflow CAT vs test pipe (Probot)
you are most likely going to have to buy a universal cat ($55) and have a garage weld it between your header / catback
"high flow cats" are not emission legal unless actually said so
