Default Highflow cat or normal cat.?

Its time to buy a new cat for my car. Is it better to go with a Highflow or should i just get a normal one? I have a B18C with a 2.25 exhaust.

Test pipe!! :D

Again depends on your mods. With just a 2.25 exhaust, I would either go stock (if you can get a good deal) or get a high flow to save some money.
