Alright, heres the situation and I would really appreciate your help. I have recently replaced both front axles, both lower control arms, both upper control arms, and bought 2 new stabilizer bar link assemblies. Also, I have a whole new set of rims and tires(that were supposedly balanced and everything) The problem is, my car now vibrates badly at 60+ mph after installing all of this stuff. I've made sure everything was tightened down, but do you think its possible the balancing is the issue. Another thing I'm leaning towards is the link assembly for the stabilizer bar, I'm thinking I might have installed the bushings in the wrong order(is there supposed to be a bushing between both sides of the bar?). Any ideas people?

Yep, got a 4 wheel alignment. Everything is in spec. Oh yeah, I found out I did in fact install the stabilizer bar link assembly incorrectly. But I don't know if that would cause it to vibrate like this.

did you torque down the wheel lugs...or just mash the wheel on with a airgun.

Kind of the same thing happens to me, only the steering wheel ONLY shakes. Not the entire car...got the 4 wheel alignment done and no bushing or anything is worn...I think it's just the overly large wheels I have on the car, it will never be normal...good luck though..if you find a solution, post it up, I'll try anything.

Was the vibration there before you started replacing things? If it wasn't I would look at the axles as being the problem. Most reman axles are junk. Do you know if they have new outer joints on them? Stop at the parts store that you got them from they will be able to tell you. If they are not pay the difference and return the first ones that you got. In most cases there a 2 levels of reman the budget and the premium. If it was there before check your lower ball joints and the runout on the brake rotors. One other thing try rotating your tires front to back it is possible that the wheel weight cam off or there is a problem with one of the tires

UPDATE: Rearranged the stabilizer bar link assembly to the correct order and everything seems to be good now. Haven't taken it to the max yet but there is very little vibration at 60-75. I suppose it requires a little more work but it seems to be alright for now. I guess a little vibration is normal.
