Default High-speed (in)Stability in my 93 civic

I have a boosted 93 Civic with the b18c, i am trying to find a way t stabilize the car better at higher speeds. when i get up to about 70 the car becomes pretty squarely if i hit bumps i feel like the car is about to brake traction. i have new tires pretty much stock size there 15 inch tires. just looking for a way to get this thing to handle better. i need to get wider tires because when the boost spools up to about 8 psi the tires break traction for a second. any suggestions are much appreciated.

what suspension are you riding on? have you repalced all your worn out 21 year old rubber bushings yet? Whats your alignment like?
