Re: (blk92_d16)
no i actually have a ton of msd **** under the hood, high draw head lights and some extra electronic in the interior. at night when the head lights are on, along with everything else, i am full fielding the alternator. i believe mine is a 90 amp. and i would like to move up to like 130 or maybe 150. but the cheapest place i can find told me like $500 bucks for the 150. that is insane. let me know what you know. THANKS!!!

Full fielding the alternator while in the car will fry almost every electronic component in the car, your system will exceed 18V in a snap, and burn up the ecu.
Get a larger battery, 12Vx90A= 1080Watts SUSTAINED
MSD whatever, it uses less power than the stock Honda coil does, even still a minute draw since it still goes through the same fuse, therefor confirming it doesn't draw more.
Headlights cant be that high of a draw, unless you rewired/refused the entire lighting system with larger wires, including the light switch. Even fake HID's will melt the factory sockets.
Unless you constantly blare 3000W peak and 1000W RMS all around town, you do not need a bigger alternator, you will need some caps to keep your electronics from blowing up and a bigger battery. Find a 700A or better.

Its probably that 500whp n/a b16 he has under the hood. ... Make sure when you get yer high output alternator you buy some thicker wires man i dont think those stock ones are going to be thick enough to hold all that Powerz dat you got runnin through yer car!

Re: (schafedawg)
rofl your all mad because you look like a complete idiot.. asking for high output alternators.. when you probably really have some kind of bad draw from a wiring issue you caused yourself. telling people you have a 500whp n/a b16 and ****, trying to feel good because you have some single cam and you can barely get to 60mph on the freeway.. its hilarious though, good luck figuring out your wireing problem lolololol better just go get a high output alternator and say [freak] the draw balance it out with MORE POWER! those ground effects are [freak]ing insane bro
