high idle when i smash

high idle when i smash
sup sometimes when i smash on my 95 cx hatch n den come to a stop da idle is high it stays like that around 3-4 rpm anybody know how i can fix that ? happens most of the time

theres always that intake cleaner. but judging from this post alone, i think you should have someone else do this work for ya.
