High Idle/Misfiring (93 Honda Civic)

Default High Idle/Misfiring (93 Honda Civic)

I know there are very many post about this problem, but I have done everything to get my problem situated. Ever since I've had my car, it has idled high. On a cold start, it will idle at 1000-1100 (which I believe is normal) but hen the engine warms up the idle will increase to 1500. As I drive the idle will increase to 1700. I have cleaned the IACV, FITV, replaced TPS, cleaned and checked the PCV valve (ball moved when shaking), and I have checked and cleaned my TB. The idle adjusting screw is all the way in, thermo valve plunger is all the way in, and the top hole in the TB sucks hard when putting my finger on it. When I put my finger on it, it almost dies (100 rpm). I have a CEL code 10 (intake air temperature). I'm completely at a stump. Changed all spark plugs, wires as well. Any suggestions?

Does the top TB hole lead to the IACV? If so, test the ECT sensor.

Is the throttle cable adjusted too tightly?

Also fix CEL code 10.

How can I test that temperature. And the throttle cable is on point. We checks that out as well. Top hole does lead to IACV

When the engine is fully warmed up, the resistance across the 2 ECT sensor terminals should read 200-400 Ohms.
