Default high idle after mani swap

i just finished swapping a d16z6 mani into my 95 cx. i used matcuhg tb also. and i used the tps sensor off my old cx tb. got everything bolted and hooked up and it idles at about 1800 or so...so i did some searching and read a couple things, tweaked the tps some and it only went down to about 1550-1600 rpms...and if i give it a rev up to say 2600 itll idle back down to 1800 then up to about 2300 and keep doing that..ive searched but JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO...any help, thanx!!

Sounds to me like you have a vaccum leak with the surging idle. Also make sure that your throttle cable isnt being put into tension so the butterfly doesnt shut.
