OE Tuner

I was having some issues with a sticky feeling throttle, so it was recomended that I try cleaning the throttle plate. So I popped off the AEM and cleaned it with some carb clean and a rag with the engine off. Now when I start the car, it idles fine, but once I start driving, it idles around 1500. When I let the clutch in the idle drops to like 1000, but then it pops right up to 1500. Sometimes it surges between 1200-1500. After a few time of idling high, the CEL comes on and the car runs like crap. I rest the ECU and repeat the pattern. Tonight I tried cleaning it with the car running and really hosing down the IACV passage, but it us still messed up. Anyone else have this trouble or any ideas on the problem? This is the second time this has happened. Last time was early spring when I cleaned the Th Body before installing my AEM. It took a while, but eventually it cured itself last time. Thanks.
