I don't know anything about highflow cats but I have a kamikaze header with a 2.5' downpipe and I am getting 2.5" piping for my exhaust from kteller. So I was wanting to get a high flow cat at the same time to complete my exhaust system. On kteller they have options on the carsound cat for flange's and o2 censors or something? I really dont know anything about these but I have a 98 civic ex. If anyone could help me out, I would apreciate that very much! thanks

hey, I also have a 98 ex and have a magnaflow/carsound high flow cat. I have a regular highflow with a bung for the o2 sensor. Its not the obd2 compliant but the bung they made for it works perfect. They work great and are good for their prices. I have no cel light and thats the reason i got one in the first place. If you can afford it get the obd2 compliant, but if youre a full time student and work part time like me , get the regular high flow and have them make a o2 bung for your o2 sensor. peace

nice. ok now I understand. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the flanges are there so the downpipe and the exhaust piping can bolt up to the cat? if thats the case, do I need to just look at the exhaust piping and down pipe and count how many holes it has? thanks

o-yeah, and would I need to get an o2 bung for the front or the back or both?
