high comp b7 w/ turbo...
ok i have a b7 and im wanting to build my b7 for high comp. and probably turbo it to like 9-10psi...so my question is i want my comp. to be around the 11 or 12 comp. but still be able to run 91 crappy cali gas. what kind of parts would you guys recommend for me....and to keep in mind i want it to be my DD too...so yea a high comp. b7 w/ a 9-10 psi turbo would be a very fun DD....what do you guys think?....

High compression parts/builds are usually for naturally aspirated motors. For forced induction (exhaust driven turbocharger or belt driven supercharger), you want low compression internals. Since the air is being crammed or forced into the combustion chamber, you want to have as much space as possible to put that air in. In a more extreme turbo build, that means bigger valves and bigger injectors, etc. But if you're not looking to push more than say 8-10 lbs, I would say you could use stock internals in both the head and the block.
So basically, unless you're looking to go naturally aspirated, stick with stock- or low- compression internals.

you will never run pump gas on a set up like this. the cylinder pressures will be high with boost and not good on stock sleeves. you will also be prone to detonation. this will be a complete fail if u do this.

Re: high comp b7 w/ turbo...
most usdm hondas are recommended to run 91 octane from the factory, jdm honda engines are recommended to run 93. any modification you do to raise the compression you will have to raise the octane rating of your fuel. octane boosters you buy at autozone and such are worthless and do minimal to nothing for your actual octane rating.
you cannot run a high compression setup with forced induction unless you have SERIOUS knowledge and bank roll and plan on rebuilding after every startup/race
streetwise ..never..
most forced induction folks run an 8.1 or 9.1 c/r for a turbo build.
