high (2k) idle on my CRVtec 95 EX what throttle cable?

high (2k) idle on my CRVtec 95 EX what throttle cable?
im not sure what throttle cable its got, but it idles at 2k and 1.5 usually, unless i stick my foot under the pedel and make it come up. which throttle cable am i going to need to get it to idle at around 1k?

you can adjust the throttle cable with those two bolts inline with the cable closest to the throttle body, unless the cable is really that short??
