oh okie. cool cause i didnt know if it was the ballast or the bulb or the wiring. my dad said it cant be the wiring cause it come on and the bulb works. so it has to be the ballast. but when i high beam. it sometime does not come on, but you can hear the high beam moving but no lighting. so im guessing it the ballast. and u guy say ballast. =/ so that mean i have bad luck wit both of the ballast lol

Well the thing is the current that the hid requires to fire is more then the stock headlight system can handle and chances are its not even relayed. So what you do is get a relay and wire it like this.

4prong relay.
85= Ground
86= Hot from oem wirieng.
87= Hot for ballast.
30= Fused hot from battery.
That means that the stock wiring is used to just trigger the relay then the ballast gets its source directly from the battery. You only need one relay and only use 1 of the stock leads.

What do you mean "your friend made?" If it's a cheap set like the $100 ones on eBay, you'll go through tons of bulbs and ballasts. They're garbage.

My suggestion I would check the ballast and the wiring. That sound like the problem how about just take a couple of minutes if you dought your self and switch the ballast to the other side and then you will find out who knows it could be the wiring before it gets to the ballast.
