Default HID Kit for Eg

Hi everyone,

just a question to those WITH HID's on their eg,
ive got a mate coming from america ( where most of you guys are hence why im asking here) and ive checked american ebay and most of them are around 60-70 USD which is supriseingly cheap compared to australia ( where iam around $180 -$300) and i dont want some made in china last 3 months kit,

so any recommendations on brands and price range which should be good?
my friend who is coming from seattle and knows a few popular car stores which i forget the name,
if i can avoid ebay and goto these kinda stores i guess it feels more reliable, but ebay is fine,

recommendations on brands / expierences/ reviews/ price?

ps :

im not too sure about the laws in america, but im looking for a 6000k temp one roughly, and im hoping fitment wont blind oncoming traffic!

recommendations please

thanks

edit *

ive noticed in the FS section people have HID kits'

any recommendations from there would be great also

and if anyones got stock eg6 parts that would fit into a suitcase and isnt massively big for sale pm me

pnp kits will blind other drivers no matter what.
you need to do a proper retro fit. which here will set you back aprox 500-600

Shop around and see if you can ****** up a decent set of projectors from a TSX or g35, something that comes with a nice set of factory projectors, then take some time and retro them into your housings. You can run an HID kit without doing a projector retro-fit, it just isn't all that encouraged because it isn't courteous to the other drivers who pass you at night and get blinded. Some people make a big stink of it and others don't.
