HID back to stock?
I bought my si with a complete hid conversion not the bs bulbs and ctr headlights.
I am perhaps going to part the car out and go COMPLETELY back to stock.
Could someone explain how this is done, maybe even just how the normal hid installation is and if you "back track" to stock?
Much obliged.

Re: HID back to stock? (Doctor CorteZ)
selling EVERYTHING perhaps.
Prolly easier going back to stock on a 56k mile si than trying to sell with mods.
I have quite a few mods so maybe I can sell it and get the price from 12,500 to around 11,500 or 11.

dont know. Would like to just go back stock and sell the hid/ctr headlights as combo or separate.
ctr's are pretty new, no marks or scratches.
hid, I just pretty much dont know. sounds like a pita to go back to stock with that.

I'LL TRADE WITH $$$$$ FOR 2000 STOCK LITES IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.
I'LL CONSIDER THE HID'S IF IT WOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOU.

Re: (corgiat)
I have the stock headlights so I dont need those. I plan to sell all of this:
JDM Valve Cover
CTR Headlights
HID Conversion
PIAA Foglights - maybe
Apexi World Sport Exhaust (3k on it)
DC Header 4-1
AEM Intake
NGK Plugs/Wires
WhiteFace Gauges
AC Front strut bar
DC Rear strut Bar
Suspension Techniques Sway Bar
Prestige Remote Start and Alarm (Very Nice)

Re: (mjrage)
From the pics it looks like you just need to trace the orange wire and the brown wire coming out of the ballasts. They will lead back to the harness, it wwill either be a connector or some type of splicing. Disconnect it there and you are good to go.
