Hey Im new here.
Wassup guys I am a moderator on Hondamod2.com but that place is more of a social hangout so figured i would come here and see wassup.
I have a 94 Civic Ex coupe and i just reciently swapped in a JDM b18c Its still really new to me just got finished breakin in the new clutch and i still dont have hte right ECU. Hondamotorsonline sent me an obd2 ecu i need obd1. So i am using a prelude chipped p28 right now. Running rich hittin VTEC late and Redlineing early... It still moves tho... Ill prolly run it as is for about 6 months and then start my turbo.

Re: Hey Im new here. (97GSR Hatch)
welcome, i'm fairly new too and i learned more in 5 months on honda-tech than in 2 years anywhere else on the net. "search" is your friend...
so i have a 94 ex coupe also, im pretty much done setting my chasis up and im thinking about a b18c5(lightly built with new cams, pistons, intake, header, exhaust and a jdm 4.75 tranny). based on the performance youre seeing with the gsr motor is this a good route to take, or do you think it will be too slow and i should go w/ a turbo and a b18c1? mostly everyone has a hatch here, my coupe is stripped alittle, but im still pushing an extra 300lbs over these cx hatches. enjoy!
